If timer reminders are not appearing, open iOS Settings, choose Twenty, then Notifications, and confirm that notifications are allowed. Also check that a Focus mode is not silencing them.
Live Activities & Dynamic Island
Live Activities can show the running timer on your Lock Screen. Dynamic Island is available only on compatible iPhone models. You can review Live Activities access from Twenty’s page in iOS Settings.
Focus and break durations
Open Twenty’s timer preferences to change the focus duration, short break, long break, and number of focus cycles.
Basic troubleshooting
- Confirm Twenty and iOS are up to date.
- Close and reopen Twenty, then start a new timer.
- If the issue continues, restart your iPhone.
When contacting support, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Twenty version, and a brief description of what happened.
